How can I lose 15 pounds? I’ve lost 20 in 6 months … fall need only 15 more?
I changed my diet, eating only fish, chicken, tuna, vegetables and fruits. only boiled, steamed or baked, with no fried foods. I gave up all soft drinks, just drink coffee, water or tea, sometimes an occasional drink fitness. i used Super Colon cleansing pills too. There is a noticeable difference, but I reckon they have reached an impasse. Although I had a radical change of appearance, I look much thinner, the scale numbers do not seem to fall further. What else can I do? I also do sit-ups every day and walk every day. No time to exercise in surplus than that.
If you’ve already lost 20 pounds just by following doing what you’re doing. You might wonder if you really need to lose 15 more.

My need for colon cleansing?
In the past I've eaten a lot of equipment like hot dogs and what not, and does not seem a stretch for me these equipment could be "spellbound" inside me. I looked into colon cleansing kits online, but it seems that most sites are not really being sold something to bring into disrepute the validity of medicine itself. I read an article in Men's Health years ago and the guys said he saw all kinds unlikable equipment that come out of it (has a series of enemas for 14 days). So place the health risks of electrolyte loss aside, what thoughts you have on the the makings benefits of colon cleansing kits. Do not bother to urge ANY product, I have it removed by Y! A.
