Which is the best colon cleansing or colon hydrotherapy? And how Hydrotherapy is different to an enema? Doesn’t tea diet do nearly the same thing? Unknown knows by experience? The quickest way that I found to lose weight is drinking only water and a diet rich in protein. grilled chicken or baked marinated in low stout dressing (in or Italian dressing is the best), steamed or cooked seafood (shrimp, any type of fish, crab, lobster) and if you need butter or cocktail sauce make sure it is low in stout and, low-stout cottage cheese, vegetables (green vegetables, carrots, potatoes NO), egg whites, boiled eggs and fruit. To do this, for about two weeks, then slowly start to add in excellent carbs, and lean red meat with as small stout on time. Also, remember part control! If you eat, try something more healthy than normal, and question the waiter to bring the half your meal in a box before him out. I did all this with taking vitamin B12 and walking at least 30 minutes per day. (I lost 5 – £ 8 per week, and to date have lost 30 pounds total.)

I changed my diet, eating only fish, chicken, tuna, vegetables and fruits. only boiled, steamed or baked, with no fried foods. I gave up all soft drinks, just drink coffee, water or tea, sometimes an occasional drink fitness. i used Super Colon cleansing pills too. There is a noticeable difference, but I reckon they have reached an impasse. Although I had a radical change of appearance, I look much thinner, the scale numbers do not seem to fall further.
