How can I lose 15 pounds? I’ve lost 20 in 6 months … fall need only 15 more?

I changed my diet, eating only fish, chicken, tuna, vegetables and fruits. only boiled, steamed or baked, with no fried foods. I gave up all soft drinks, just drink coffee, water or tea, sometimes an occasional drink fitness. i used Super Colon cleansing pills too. There is a noticeable difference, but I think they have reached an impasse. Although I had a radical change of appearance, I look much thinner, the scale numbers do not seem to decrease further. What else can I do? I also do sit-ups every day and walk every day. No time to exercise in excess than that.

Decreased sex drive was the most common complaint, and women were noted as experiencing pain during intercourse. It was also shown that the problems surfaced twice as much with constipation patients compared to diarrhea patients. Also, the worse the IBS, the lower the sex drive.

My need for colon cleansing?

In the past I've eaten a lot of things like hot dogs and what not, and does not seem a stretch for me these things could be "trapped" inside me. I looked into colon cleansing kits online, but it seems that most sites are not actually being sold something to discredit the validity of medicine itself. I read an article in Men's Health years ago and the guys said he saw all kinds unpleasant things that come out of it (has a series of enemas for 14 days). So put the health risks of electrolyte loss aside, what thoughts you have on the potential benefits of colon cleansing kits. Do not bother to recommend ANY product, I have it removed by Y! A.
