Super Colon Cleanse
How can I lose 15 pounds? I’ve lost 20 in 6 months … fall need only 15 more?
I changed my diet, eating only fish, chicken, tuna, vegetables and fruits. only boiled, steamed or baked, with no fried foods. I gave up all soft drinks, just drink coffee, water or tea, sometimes an occasional drink fitness. i used Super Colon cleansing pills too. There is a noticeable difference, but I think they have reached an impasse. Although I had a radical change of appearance, I look much thinner, the scale numbers do not seem to decrease further. What else can I do? I also do sit-ups every day and walk every day. No time to exercise in excess than that.
