I reckon taking these pills and you want to know if they make you go to the bathroom a lot and if the Feaces is loose? They were on Oprah. Dr. Oz promotion

I would not trust them. There are many equipment featured on Oprah, Jenny Craig ect. Nearly all the celebrities and not even half of these products really work. I suggest you question a doctor before you buy any thing and if you choose to try a shot with one that is well known and has excellent reviews. I use a supplement called clean nature and it works well for I am working when I use it to benefit from the results, but this is optional. You probably go to the bathroom a small more the normal at the beginning, but regulates al. If it continues, you must stop because the body can lose too yoylur nutrients this way.
